Welcome to HERscore (www.herscore.uk), a proprietary hormone risk evaluation tool developed to support clinical decision-making around perimenopause and menopause.

By accessing or using HERscore, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

 

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

HERscore™, including its name, logo, underlying algorithm, scoring methodology, content, and associated materials (e.g. questionnaires, reports, visuals, guides), is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr Tina Teotia.

HERscore is protected under UK Trademark No. UK00004155006 and by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws.
No part of HERscore may be copied, reverse-engineered, repurposed, or used to create derivative works without explicit, written permission.

You agree not to:

Disclose the scoring method or decision logic to third parties

Reproduce or modify HERscore content or output

Use HERscore to build a competing tool or service

 

2. Permitted Use

Licensed users (clinicians, organisations, or partners) may use HERscore only for internal clinical or educational purposes and in accordance with a written licence agreement, if applicable.

Use of HERscore does not grant ownership or IP rights.

 

3. No Clinical Guarantee

HERscore is intended to support clinical decision-making but is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Responsibility for patient outcomes lies with the treating practitioner.

 

4. Confidentiality

All licensed or shared materials related to HERscore, including the scoring logic or implementation details, must be kept strictly confidential and not shared without prior written consent.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Dr Tina Teotia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of HERscore.

 

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
